March 2020. the first lockdown in france

We arrived at my friend’s house in Normandy in early March. It is an old house with a history of more than 300 years. It is located in the ancient town of Bellême in the Normandy region of France. It is surrounded by large forests and the scenery is very beautiful. my friend bought this big house 4 years ago, but due to its age, a lot of paint peeled off from the wood and the walls cracked, the garden was really messy. for such projects, you really need some good tools to help you complete the work…it took a lot of time and effort to decorate the house.
We came to her place in early March and began to prepare the materials needed for the decoration. From March to end of April, during this period, we worked every day non-stop.
